Pick a date to see how many entries were logged that day, and remove all of them if needed (e.g. clearing a test day).

Send this exact link to your watchmen and flat owners — opening it on their own phone automatically connects them to your society, so everyone sees the same data.

Add each wing your society has (e.g. A, B, C) with its flat numbers. If your society has no wings, leave the Wing Name blank and just enter flat numbers.

Add committee members (Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Member). All admins can manage the gate log and building setup. Only the Chairman can add/remove other admins and reset their passwords.

Register each domestic help person once (name + their role, in your own words). Later, the watchman just picks them from this list and snaps a fresh photo each time — no retyping.
