Every society set up on BT Gates. Resident details and visitor logs are not shown here — only a committee member of that society can see those.

Built from the gate entries themselves — every time a maid, cook or driver is logged in, that counts as a day present. Nothing extra to record.

Anything you post here shows at the top of every resident's and watchman's screen until you remove it.

Pick a date to see how many entries were logged that day, and remove all of them if needed (e.g. clearing a test day).

Send this exact link to your watchmen and flat owners — opening it on their own phone automatically connects them to your society, so everyone sees the same data.

Tell us how the building is laid out and the flat numbers are worked out for you.

Add committee members (Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Member). All admins can manage the gate log and building setup. Only the Chairman can add/remove other admins and reset their passwords.

Register each domestic help person once (name + their role, in your own words). Later, the watchman just picks them from this list and snaps a fresh photo each time — no retyping.
